Positive: The apartment was clean and had everything we could need. Good location: 5-10min walk from subways. Having an elevator was an enabler for the elders. The kitchen was generously equipped, incl coffee pods, tea.
Negative: It was close to perfect. Liked everything. Would have liked the bathroom to include a toilet. Less comfortable to have a toilet by the entrance

Negative: The door lock could be improved, couldn't get into the apartment at all as it continuously claimed wrong code, hopefully the emergency number worked and I got in.

Positive: This is a nice apartment hotel at a nice location (close to Vienna university). There is a bakery just opposite the street, good enough for breakfast. There is also a supermarket nearby for groceries if needed. It was equipped with utilities needed. Washing and drying was convienient.
Negative: The lighting above the dinner table was so low that I bumped into it twice during the stay.
Summary: Will recommend to my friends.

Positive: The location is great, very close to the Votive Church, a few minutes walk to the Wiennen Rathaus. The apartment we got was not the one that fascinated me from the photos, but anyway it met our needs, so I didn’t raise an issue with it. It was clean, comfortable, with tea and coffee supplied, though some paper towels would have been helpful. The terrace was also great to have your morning coffee when you’re not exploring the city.
Negative: Can’t say it is big minus, but the thing that we got a different apartment than in the photos a bit diminished the impression.
