Summary: Beautiful room with view. AC did not work or TV but they came to repair pretty quickly. Often there was a sewage smell in hallway. They tried to address it a few times. Shower sprayed out into the rest of bathroom. Often had to deal with puddles.

Summary: Aside from the great location and view it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The first night the whole pool and beach area shutdown early for a DJ show and we couldn’t get anyone to get us drinks for at least 30 minutes. Shower leaked out into sink area and into toilet every time we showered. Anytime a neighboring door shut the mirror and whole wall rattled very loud. Couch and floor stained. Open concept to lobby and bar down below made for very loud nights and hard to sleep. Our keys stopped working on the third day we were staying there. I was very disappointed with this hotel especially for how much money I spent on the room. I would never stay here again.

Summary: The hotel itself was very nice. Very modern, great location. Checking in, proved to be an ordeal. Long wait with people cutting in line, not enough staff, terribly slow. Then my case didn’t work and I had to go back and wait again. Should be better for a five star hotel.

Summary: Pros, has great amenities, great views of beach, nice pools, restaurants and bars very nice but pricey (of course). Cons, couldn't really think of any besides the boardwalk, very chaotic. But thats not the hotels issue
