Summary: The Morning turndown was late after 1530 on all nights and on the last night the night turndown did not come at all. The level of cleanliness was also not high, sheets were not changed and the carpet in the room was not vacuumed on all three nights of the stay.

Summary: Fabulous property .. the old historical ballet has been restored to a beautiful hotel. Location is in a lovely upscale area directly across the road from the majestic Opera house and within easy walking distance to so many places. Always felt safe walking around. With old architecture and charm in tact meeting all modern features and comfort, done in excellent taste and style. Outstanding concierge Peter (thank you again!) knew exactly how to direct me and my son to some great sites during the day and experience some of the restaurant scene the city has to offer over our 5 night stay. Formula 1 post race party was fun and the patio was a perfect place to chill with a drink at the end of the day and talk about our adventure ..pretty great place to start the day with breakfast as well. Igor the G.M. is an impressive guy.. leading his team with hands on the pulse of the hotel and guests. He even saw us off one morning at 7:30am into a cab as we headed off to the ancient mineral baths. I travel a lot and the “W” Budapest left a lasting impression.. not to mention the very comfortable room and bed / bedding. We both had great sleeps. All around a great stay and fab energy and attentive staff.

Summary: The hotel was even better than expected. I had a lovely gin and tonic at the terrace bar with premium cut fruit. In the morning, I enjoyed two excellent original juices.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! Since there were three of us, we requested a rollaway bed—and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was 😄 Breakfast was lovely, high-quality food and various options. The room was also very quiet, facing the back of the building. Dinner option didn't work for me because we wanted to sit outside and DJ playing outside was a bit too loud, but that's simply a personal prefference, there are plenty dinner spots around. Alisa at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and hospitable.
