Summary: My stay at the W Budapest was nothing short of sensational. Every detail of the hotel is impressive, but the real standout is the staff. The warmth and genuine kindness of everyone I encountered made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. In every other aspect, the hotel is simply spectacular, from the design to the overall atmosphere. My only complaint is that the scale only goes up to 10; if I could, I would easily give it a 12! If you are looking for a perfect stay in Budapest, this is it. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Summary: Hotel was stunning and right opposite the Opera House. The spa was great & although the pool was more a relaxation pool rather than a swimming pool it lived up to expectations. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Summary: Beautiful property with friendly staff and great food (breakfast and room service menu). The spa area and gym were excellent. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Fantastic stay.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool/spa area was fantastic. The Opera metro stop is right in front of the W which was so convenient. Wasn’t a fan of the restaurant.

Summary: The Morning turndown was late after 1530 on all nights and on the last night the night turndown did not come at all. The level of cleanliness was also not high, sheets were not changed and the carpet in the room was not vacuumed on all three nights of the stay.
