Negative: I was very upset that you did not have a swimming pool. I then tried to go to spa.., it was closed. I also thought the hotel was very dark and dim. (In common areas) had trouble seeing in some hallways.
Summary: Hotel room was clean w very nice view of the strip. I did not like having to walk all the way to the very crowded mandal

Negative: Around 50 dollar resort fee as most casinos on the strip charge. But you get nothing for it.

Negative: The mini fridge. No room to put waters. Pre stocked and sensored. If you pull something out you can get charged. Very expensive.

Positive: Hotel was great, staff was great
Negative: I had originally booked the Delano tower due to it being closer to parking and we didn’t want to have to walk through the casino with our toddlers. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told that the hotel had overbooked and they didn’t have a room for us at the Delano tower. Their solution was to move us to Mandalay tower. We had 4 duffle bags, 4 backpacks and 2 very young children. We didn’t want to walk through the casino which is why we booked the Delano tower. However we had to walk across the whole hotel because of their mistake. No one offered any assistance with luggage which was upsetting since it was already 10 pm so on top of carrying all of our luggage we also had to carry our children who were extremely tired from traveling day through both hotels.
