Summary: Beautifully restored 150 year old architectural marvel, with an added new modern building. Beautifully appointed and spacious rooms. Service is exceptional, whether you’re at the front desk, the restaurant, the lounges, or the spa. Very impressive.

Summary: Stayed at the W Prague for 4 days. The staff was excellent and the property was perfect for us. We used the spa and each received massages. Expensive but that is to be expected. The property was in the perfect location for us. When we return to Prague we will not stay anywhere else

Summary: We stayed at the W for 6 nights in July and the experience was beyond epic. From the moment the car stopped at the front of the hotel, the staff treated you like you were family. The concierge team were beyond helpful in arranging thing both inside and outside of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was top notch and one of the best meals we had through our European trip. The rooftop bar has spectacular views, cocktails, food and service. The main bar was equally as impressive for it food and drink options and variety of seating areas inside and outside. If you are a pool / spa person, the W has one of the best pool experiences in Europe! The all-seasons spa experience is fun and relaxing at the same time and a unique innovation. We both agreed that the hotel itself is a destination, and we often didn't want to leave as we were so comfortable. We will be back!!! Loved it!!!!

Summary: The W Prague is new but the service is truly 5* The team were excellent every member of staff seemed like they enjoy their job and truly wanted to help, from the restaurant to the spa to the house keeping there was passion, care and attention to detail. A particular mention would be Orianne who welcomed us to the hotel, checked us in and toured the hotel for us. She was polite, passionate and seemed to know all about the history of the hotel as well as everything they had to offer, she couldn't have done the job better and this kicked off our stay with just the right mood to enjoy everything. The Spa team were also excellent and the spa is new and definitely worth a visit. Finally, the restaurant on the ground floor was quite quiet while we were there, but the team seemed energised and excited to welcome us and provided a great dining experience. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the W Prague and give it a 10/10 for our stay.
