Nestled right in front of the beach over looking the Puget Sound, Olympic mountains and Blake Island. It s beachy, tranquil, comfortable, spacious and clean. Your all free to hang out in the yard too. You re about 2 mins away by car to Alki Beach, California Avenue, Easy Street Diner, and tons of other shops. Then 10 - 15 minutes to Lincoln Park. 20 minutes to Downtown Seattle. There s also a water taxi that runs from Alki to downtown Seattle.
Great spot for eagle watching, walks, bike rides and kayaking.
There are two aussie poodle puppys that live here.

Summary: This is a really super location for relaxing and yet not far from Alki restaurants and waterfront. It was more noisy than I expected, even though I knew it was a lower level. If a person is over 6 feet tall the shower would be difficult at best. There is a great selection of VCR movies and the cable was good for evening relaxing. An improved TV would help the experience. Getting down the driveway was a bit difficult when several trucks and cars were parked there. I separate sidewalk would be a good improvement.

Summary: We stayed for 6 nights with little kids and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is very convenient and close to everything in the area, all the attractions are 20-30 minutes away, grocery store is 5 min away and the lake is 20 steps away! The owner is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are clean and cozy and include everything! I would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Great location and communication. Very clean unit w/ honest open communication. Even brought a blender for us to use for our morning smoothies! This is a basement and you do hear people upstairs. They are not loud or disrespectful, it’s just the way it is. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure.

Summary: Nice house and view. Fairly close to downtown and sightseeing. We had to check in very late and Michan was responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We stayed here for 4 days while visiting to city from the east coast. The location is amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a hot day. There is a sand beach down the street (long walk or short drive). What a blast! It’s across the street from the water, with a very short walk to rocky beach access, but no view from the apartment. It’s only a 20 minute drive to down town. Amazing location. The unit itself was clean with comfortable beds. Eat in kitchen with front load steam washer dryer. Tall people note: you’ll have to duck in the doorways. The ceilings are low in the unit, which is the only challenge. The owners are responsive to requests. We hope to return to the unit. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: This home was clean and spacious Michan was a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Walk right out the door and take a stroll down the waterfront or watch the beautiful sunsets at night.

Summary: This place is amazing. Beautiful views of the water and not far from anything. Very clean and great linens, kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need. Owner Michan is such a great host and beautiful person. This was our first time in Seattle and we made some great memories. I highly recommend this property

Summary: This property is amazing- we can't say enough good things! It's an excellent opportunity to have the quiet, low-key feeling near the beach while being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Michan was available, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Her place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking was easy. The house is right across the street from the beach. There were benches where you could you sit and watch the sunset or have a picnic. Excellent restaurants within ~1mile walk or very easy to drive to. (highly recommend Pizzeria Credo for good, authentic, affordable Italian). Downtown Seattle was an easy 20 minute drive or a 15 minute water taxi ride. Thank you Michan for a wonderful week!

Summary: Michan was a WONDERFUL host. Her place is perfect for a Seattle stay. Downtown Seattle is 10 minute drive. The Alki Beach area is great place to stay. It's away from the downtown area and the West Seattle area is the perfect location to stay. The view from Michan's location is PERFECT!! The view from the beach towards the mountains is breathtaking. Plenty of parking in the street, we never had any issues. The two bedroom unit is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It has ALL the amenities one needs. The washer and dryer in the unit worked out great. If you want to stay in the PERFECT location, you MUST stay with Michan.
