Summary: The bed was really comfortable, my only issue with the room is the lack of privacy in the bathroom, it’s open concept, not really a separate space. The location was great, near shopping and easy access to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are renovating the lobby, should look really nice when done.

Summary: The team took care of coordinating our family trip and rooms to celebrate a couple birthdays. Everyone working in the hotel is really nice and always says hello and smiles and asks how is your day. Pearl went above and beyond to accommodate for us we really appreciate you making our time in Toronto relaxing!

Summary: We had a great stay over the pride weekend which also was my bday. They had the room decorated and everything ready on our arrival. Kim in the living room provides fantastic service as always! Can’t tell you enough how her being there keeps us coming back every time! Room service was delish. Room was in great shape and loved the location!
