Summary: We loved our stay at W Toronto. It's so centrally located and the subway was literally below the building. We arrived at 7am and thought we needed to stroll around town before we could check in. The front desk staff was so kind and she found us a room and we could check in right away. It made our stay that much more wonderful. The only negative feedback is the thin wall. The room next to us was very noisy on a Saturday night. Thankfully the people there quiet down after 10pm. I would totally stay here again.

Summary: ★★★★★ Fantastic stay, thanks to Ruben and Monica I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ruben and Monica. Both of them went well above and beyond what I expected — attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Whatever I needed, they made sure it was taken care of, and their hospitality really made the stay memorable. It's rare to come across staff this dedicated, and they deserve real recognition for it. Highly recommend this hotel, in large part because of the excellent service Ruben and Monica provided. Five stars, no hesitation.

Summary: This hotel was beyond amazing, very clean all of the staff, and when I say all of the staff, I mean, all of the staff was extremely kind and respectful and helpful anytime I had a question somebody was there to help when I was at the restaurant and or the café downstairs by the front desk, amazingly good service and on top of that the food was amazing. They really pay attention to detail at this place. I swear that was the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life, and my wife said that the sushi upstairs was the best she’s ever had in her life . Another awesome part about the stay was that the valet their service was on point and extremely efficient anytime I needed my car They had it ready in the timeframe They would specify all around Great experience and you can’t beat the location.I really wish hotels back home in the USA could get to the level of this place if I could give 10 stars, I would I highly recommend this place thanks again W. We really appreciate all you guys have done to make our stay immaculate ☺️until next time.😘

Summary: The only part that you need to know especially traveling with family that bathrooms are see-thru. Otherwise the property is well worth with its clean, modern, and centrally located facility. The subway runs just from under the hotel.

Summary: We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The front desk staff and valet staff were very courteous daily. The hotel was very convenient to top city attractions and within distance to a lot of restaurants.

Summary: The food was very bad at the bar/cafe and it was the only hotel option. The room service was the same limited menu with poor options and the food was burnt and dry. The hotel rooms are dark blue and very ugly and there is no view. The window is behind the back of the bed. When I arrived there was a police car and no one to help with luggage. Another hotel guest volunteered to help me with luggage. There was no concierge. The front desk promised the concierge will call me but never did. There were light bulbs that did not work in the room and the phone handset didn't work either. The room was in the back of something noise, probably a service elevator that was heard all the time. The lights from the corridor would come into the bedroom from under the door. I will never stay there again.
