Summary: Stay was good, however communication with hotel before was terrible, I messaged about food (as I’m vegetarian ) and about tours and they never replied, I then booked outside and the hotel asked why I didn’t book with them. Food was good (good choice for vegetarian), the team were lovely and tour was good through hotel.

Summary: Wonderful experience- sunset jeep tour , stargazing and balloon ride all amazing- -dinner buffer was bountiful and food incredible - bubble gets cold at nite since it continuously draws in cold air - and those fuzzy robes to keep you warm- well they gave us intense itching and rash!! Otherwise the entire staff was so attentive and caring- thanks!!

Summary: Wadi Rum is just beautiful. The staff was very helpful and helped us with the tour arrangements. The whole site is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but still is great for being in the middle of the desert. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Summary: Wonderful experience. They offer many activities in Wadi Rum such as jeep tours, camel rides and stargazing. The staff is very nice, and property is very clean. Parking is easy and you can schedule a pick-up from the parking area to the hotel.
