Positive: We stay only one night

Negative: At the reception we were asked for late check out because our flight was very late and they let us to stay till 15 .00 free of charge. 😉. At the brakfast there was no customers only 3 of my family feels very strange. There was limited choise of food and cold i thought because of ramadan.

Positive: Good for families, spacious rooms, and very convenient facilities. We liked that the staff were nice and helpful. The location was very convenient because there were restaurants and a grocery store in the same building. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle both ways. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, which was comfortable for families or a group of four. There was a small water park and a free full breakfast as well.

Negative: We did not like that public transportation in the area was not reliable (not hotel's fault as this is the case in Brunei), so renting a car was necessary. Booking.com also listed a sofa bed in the room, but it turned out to be a regular sofa.

Summary: Good for families, spacious rooms, and very convenient facilities.
