Positive: Condo was spacious and we appreciated 2 full bathrooms. THe bed was very comfortable and we especially appreciated all the "extras" the owner provided, ie beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer on site, stocked kitchen, WiFi and parking just outside our unit. I loved the fact we could open all the windows and experience the trade winds and the sunset from the lanai. We were able to walk to many restaurants and the pool was nearby. Overall the space was very nice and well kept.
Negative: Not sure why there were so many tv sets....but I guess some people like that. We did not like the ALEXIA speaker and unplugged it while we were there. There's enough technology with our phones than to add that feature.
Summary: Will definitely consider this place again if we return to Maui.

Negative: The furniture wasn't very comfortable- inside and outside chairs. They need to put in more outdoor lighting and make the address #'s more visible.
Summary: We were so close to our friends who go every year. They were in 407. They're condo was lower and we had the better

Positive: The property is perfectly situated for the most amazing sunsets. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into providing absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy a self-catering holiday.
Negative: Whoever lives above the property has no consideration whatsoever for anyone around. We were woken up every morning at 5.30am with someone stomping around, slamming drawers/cupboards, scraping chairs - it drove us insane.
