Positive: Decorated to a high standard, beautiful views, quiet location. Lots of nice little touches dotted around the property to make it feel high end and personal. Continental Breakfast was well stocked. Bed was huge and the shower was great. Good information booklet on walks and restaurants. Hosts very friendly and welcoming.

Positive: Peta and Rich have created a very special place and have thought of everything you could possible want. Lovely decor, the most comfortable bed, I am even thinking of changing mine and a very special luxurious bathroom. We loved the candles and beautiful products. The breakfast being included is a lovely added touch. We had a really relaxing time, we would love to return soon for that view .

Positive: Amazing place with a great view, I’ve never seen a place with such attention to the details. Plants, candles and breakfast, just everything was something I’ve never seen even in 5 star hotels.
Negative: A bit far away from everything, but great if you are looking for an escape.

Positive: What a lovely place to stay - one wouldn't expect that level of service in a rural place like Waipu, but it's actually comparable to a high-end hotel. Everything is super clean and well-thought-of, the facilities are brand new, and the bathroom (including a bathtub in it) is incredible. And breakfast too! A separate compliment goes to a person who looks after the houseplants, they look great. It's also conveniently located within just a short drive from Waipu township with all the shops and restaurants and the beach of Waipu Cove. At the same time the room is by the native bush with Tuis singing there in the morning. It was a couple of rainy nights, which added to the experience - imagine floating weightlessly in scented comfortably warm water with candle reflections flickering in a panoramic window while the sound of rain whispering in a native bush lulls you into a transcended slumber. Amazing!
Negative: The single thing we didn't like is that we only had a couple of nights there, you need at least a week!

Positive: Fantastic homemade cereals and croissants, juice, and hot drinks , all with a great little kitchenette. Beautiful quiet rural location - not far from the beach. Very clean and lovely presentation.
