3 Bedroom House in Umina Beach

Wake up to the the kookaburras, and king parrots, Umina beach bungalow is a large three bedroom house situated a couple of minutes drive to the beach, shops, and cafes.
It is in a quiet residential street surrounded by wildlife, bush, and the mountains. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is two large living areas, a spacious lounge room, and a family room which leads out onto the back deck overlooking the valley.
There has been many summer days and nights that have been enjoyed out on the deck with a coffee or a glass of wine. Sometimes you fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
Main bedroom has a queen bed, dressing table, walk in robe, ceiling fan, chair.
Second bedroom has a king single bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV, chair.
Third bedroom has a king single bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV, chair.
Family room has a sofa bed.
Laundry washing machine, filtered water through out the house.
Bathroom has a shower, bath, separate toilet, and separate hand basin, 2nd toilet in the laundry.
Dining room table, five chairs.
The house is large with plenty of room, a clothes line out the back, also another entry out the laundry door.

Summary: The house was clean and welcoming. Though the step up stairs leading to the bedroom and main living areas is not child friendly especially if you have an infant. There was limited dishwasher tablets and no dishwashing liquid which made it difficult to wash dirty dishes. Overall was a good stay, and would recommend.

Summary: Spacious house (photos don't do it justice) which is 5 mins drive to shops and beach. It had everything we needed for a long weekend with 2 adults & 2 kids. The deck is great with lovely views across the treetops.

Summary: Nice tidy house, quick drive to shops and beach. Some extra cutlery and crockery would have been handy and a doona for the queen bed as it did get a bit cold but otherwise the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and the beds were all very comfortable. Spacious living areas and great alfresco dining space with brilliant views. Thanks for having us at your place Sue!

Summary: Sue made us very welcome. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking into the tree tops. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Not far from the beach, a lovely holiday spot.

Summary: Sue welcomed us warmly and her home is just so immaculate. Set in a great location, looking toward the mountains and surrounded by truly wonderful nature. Summary: We stayed for 7 nights and every day /night spent in this house was a pleasure for us. All 3 bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds, fans and built in wardrobes which were very convenient to store all of our clothes & luggages into. Nice big bathroom too with big shower & a bathtub to use for a bath soak. The vanity and toilet were separate in 2 other rooms next to the bathroom which was very convenient for privacy. Great kitchen with everything assesable to use. The couches in the T.V room were very comfortable & easily fast to fall asleep on. Our favourite place was sitting & relaxing outside on the patio with a glass of wine in hand enjoying great views out towards the mountains to the ocean & beaches & also admiring the wonderful greenery of trees & bushes up on mountain hills listening to whistles of birds during the days & nights. To mention also the amazing tree houses spread all around up on the mountains were something else to view especially at night with their house lights turned on. Not something we city folk see everyday. We trully recommend this property for a holiday stay. Happy & satisfied. Andrew & Kathy.

Summary: My husband and daughter loved staying at this house over New Years. It was very spacious, clean and quiet. The veranda was a lovely place to sit with a gorgeous view and listening to the kookaburras. Sue gave us lots of privacy and she was friendly and kind.
