Upstairs the house features two large separate living areas that flow out onto a huge partly covered outdoor terrace including a dining area and BBQ, a perfect space that showcases spectacular views of the tranquil waters of Jervis Bay, kangaroos busking in the backyard and friendly lorikeets. Water views and glimpses are visible from the open plan living/dining space and central kitchen that is well equipped with brand new modern appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of Wifi and two new 65inch Smart TVs that both include Disney Plus and Netflix with additional air conditioning provided in each living room.
Downstairs comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms and a quiet place to relax out on a large private outdoor verandah. There is a variety of bedding configurations including: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. All bedrooms have built in robes with hangers. Enjoy the use of two new modern bathrooms and large laundry with new washing machine, dryer and laundry powders for your convenience.
