Positive: The hotel was very clean and well-organized, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time and was able to leave my luggage at the reception. The staff were very friendly and understanding.
Negative: "The hotel is a 20-minute walk to Interlaken-West train station and a 10-minute walk to Heimwehfluh bus stop. However, the problem is that there is no proper walking path. To reach Heimwehfluh bus stop, you have to walk through a forest path, where there is no sidewalk or pedestrian route. You have to walk along the road where cars pass by, which is quite dangerous and there is always a risk of getting hit by a car. It is almost impossible to walk there, especially after dark. Therefore, this hotel is only suitable for those who have a car. I would definitely recommend it to people traveling by car. Another thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that the description mentioned a kettle, and it was also visible in the room photos. However, there was no kettle in the room. Since it was very cold in March and the room was not warm enough, I needed hot coffee, but this was not possible.

Negative: We were expecting the hotel to be close to the Interlaken west train station but its way far off and had to take taxi every time which added and another CHF 200. had we known this, we would have paid that amount to a hotel nearby the train station. Very quiet hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly.

Positive: The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is cozy, the wifi works good, the location is good too, the beakfast was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.
Negative: They need support in reception. We had to wait for several minutes to check in and when we wanted to ask for information, because of lack of personnel.

Positive: The hotel is a good option definitely. Location is good. It is a 15 min walk to Interlaken West station, and 30 mins to Interlaken Ost It will require a bit of walk uphill and downhill, but definitely worth it because the surrounding area is nice. Breakfast option is good. Staff is generally helpful and provides good assistance. The kitchen and washing machine facilities are good to have. The hotel is definitely a worthy option.
Negative: There’s no AC and opening the window will invite bugs inside the room. An electric fan would be a good alternative at least to keep the air circulating inside the room.
Summary: Good stay. Worthy option for group of family and friends
