Positive: Lovely and helpful staff. The breakfast provided in the morning was a great way to start our day. The vibe of the hotel was fun and we felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Positive: Breakfast is good, every day they make fresh and loved personal service by staff.
Negative: Its a lil too hard for folks who are not physically active to carry their luggage from train station to reach hotel. Its 900 m walk uphill. We were able to manage, there are no BOLT/Uber service available in that town. Only option is wait for Bus that comes every 30 mins to get dropped closer to hotel.

Positive: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel very welcomed and really made the experience much better. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The included breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: Breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of food and a wonderful coffee machine.
Negative: Loved the place but a little far from the central town area. However a bus stop very close to the property takes you into town and the train station. Hotel gives you a pass for free bus rides your entire stay!

Positive: The whole experience was just super - the hotel had such good vibes, the decor was fabulous and staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfy and had the most gorgeous view of the mountains. We chose to have breakfast during our stay which was very good, as well as some snacks and drinks in the evenings - it was all yummy! The Waldhuus Bellary was the perfect base for our Grindelwald adventure and we left with warm memories from our stay there.
