Summary: The staff are exceptional, and the hotel is beautiful but it is let down by the lack of cleanliness and the general ‘run down’ energy. I had to change my room due to exceptional levels of filth, but the staff were amazing and attentive especially Vera - but my second room, the door didn’t work properly. The breakfast is exceptional.

Summary: Big updated rooms, very clean in a fantastic location. Breakfast was really good and never really that crowded. The only disadvantage for some people may be if you get a room on the second floor you do have to carry your bags up because there’s no elevator. Just be aware of that.

Summary: This was a great location in Prague! Walkable to Charles Bridge, Old Town, Prague Castle, etc. The staff was wonderful, the room was so clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. Love the organic toiletries. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This hotel exceeded my expectations so much. It was very modern (inside) and in the heart of EVERYTHING in Prague. Service is perfect and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Summary: This was a gorgeous room for our family of four! The bathroom was lovely with a floor warmer a rainfall shower head (although no outlet for my curling iron near the mirror). The location was great and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The breakfast varied in offering from day to day, but there were always eggs, cheeses, meats, fruits, veggies, cappuccinos! We were pleased. Thanks for having us.
