Positive: It was very comfortable although a king size bed would be a bit better It was spotless and 2 blocks from restaurants and shopping and about 4 to the lake.
Negative: The only challenge that we had was getting into the condo via the pin pad the first and second time. After trying about 20 times (each day) we finally figured out that the instructions were slightly off. After resolving that it was all good. I was about to contact the property manager and I have no doubt that they would have been helpful, but we “accidentally” opened it the first time and figured it out the second so there was no need to bother them.
Summary: Wonderful and spacious condo in a great location!

Positive: Safety of front door lock. All the notes of what something was, instructions, location.
Negative: TV instructions were difficult to follow. Maybe add pics of remotes, buttons, screen, etc. Also, hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Only slept in it 1 night, then just made up the top of the sofa.
