This large modernized home offers four-five bedrooms, three with attached full baths that provide private zones for couples and families in your group. Two twin beds may be set up in a large fifth room, the doors of which close for privacy. Enjoy three floors, five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an arbor-covered patio, firepit, free safe parking, high-speed wifi, sling TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hilly, leafy neighborhood outside, and the smoke-free, pet-free, and dust-mite-free interior create a clean, comfortable accommodation for a family or group. Summary: This was our second stay at this property, and it was once again perfect! Excellent location near downtown A2 and the stadium. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and very well furnished. And can't say enough about the property owner who go above and beyond to ensure that stay is a 10 out of 10. All of her attention to detail is very much appreciated! Looking forward to our next trip back to Ann Arbor and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Brenda’s lovely home was just as lovely as we hoped and the perfect place for our family stay in Ann Arbor. The home was so perfect and inviting we spent more time at the house enjoying the great kitchen, cozy living room, comfy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms than we expected. It truly was the perfect place to stay for our perfect weekend. Brenda made staying there so easy with great instructions and was easily accessible. Thank you for everything Brenda!

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here for our 25-year reunion. The property is located perfectly, walking distance to the stadium, downtown and campus area.
