2 Bedroom Condo in Aspen

This excellently located deluxe two bedroom, two bath condominium is on the ground floor with southern exposure and easy access. It is light and bright with hardwood floors, and it has a full kitchen and dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. It is less than a block to the Silver Queen Gondola. There is a brick wood burning fireplace in the condo, however all the chimneys in the condo complex are undergoing a safety inspection and cannot be used. The fireplace is out of commission, indefinitely until further notice. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has one twin and one full. Chateau Chaumont is in the downtown core and just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub! Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Summary: Loved the location right next to the W and Little Nell, and around the corner from the supermarket. Management company is very responsive. Comfortable beds and heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Hot tub in front of the unit in the courtyard didn't seem to be hot enough, but that was our only complaint. I'd certainly stay here again for a ski trip.

Summary: Great location in the center of Aspen Village. Very close to the Gondola. Restaurants were only steps away. The free bus to Snowmass was a very short walk. Our dog was welcomed and there were plenty of areas around the condo to walk the her. Moreover, Aspen is VERY DOG FRIENDLY. Property manager was very responsive, including two cleanings during our 15 day stay.
