Austin's culture has been well-documented and the city has become one of America's most desired destinations. As one of Wyndham's newest resorts, the Wyndham Austin allows you to capitalize on a unique travel experience, while still feeling at home in your fully functional 2 Bedroom Deluxe condo.
The 2 Bedroom Deluxe can sleep up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. At about 1,100 square feet, it contains a full kitchen, a balcony and a washer/dryer in the unit.
There is TV, stereo, DVD player, as well as both elevator and staircase access.

Parking at this property is $35/day with full in/out privileges.
Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.
The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.
Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.
A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.
Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.
Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.
Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.

Summary: Took my family on a quick trip to visit a new city--Austin. The location was definitely close to everything, but there's a lot of construction, so the morning noise felt intrusive. The room was clean, but the bathrooms needed some freshening up. Overall, good experience.

Summary: My family and I stayed 4 nights at the beginning of Spring Break. The apartment was roomy and clean. The furnishing was great. The parking, kitchen and Wifi are great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Austin who wants to be centrally located and in the City.

Summary: We have been traveling to Austin for quick weekend getaways for over 10 years, mainly off of Lake Travis. For our vacation this year we decided to spend a week in Austin and really explore all of what it has to offer. We were not sure what little neighborhood we wanted to stay in but knew we wanted something central. We were traveling with two kids as well, ages 11 & 8 so the place has to be kid friendly. Well, let me tell you this place surpassed our expectations. Best deal per night than if you stayed at a hotel downtown like we have in the past. The resort was clean. The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. The location was perfect. The unit itself was so comfortable and had every accessory and kitchen gadget we needed. We walked everywhere! Seriously, we took our car out of the garage two days to go to Inner Space Caverns and Waterloo Adventure Park. Otherwise we walked to see the bats, go kayaking, to see the museum, to explore the UT campus, and take a motor bike tour of the city, etc. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Not on 6th street but close enough if you wanted to go. Not directly in the bustle of the businesses but close enough to explore the buildings and beautiful art and architecture. Other important comments that I feel would benefit a reader of this review is that booking the resort was simple. We received the confirmation quickly. Any question we had was answered promptly. They were available by email or phone. I would definitely stay here again with my family!
