Austin's culture has been well-documented and the city has become one of America's most desired destinations. As one of Wyndham's newest resorts, the Wyndham Austin allows you to capitalize on a unique travel experience, while still feeling at home in your fully functional 1 Bedroom Deluxe condo.
The 1 Bedroom Deluxe can sleep up to four guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. At about 770 square feet, it contains a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. Some may also contain a balcony/patio, though that is not guaranteed.
There is TV, stereo, DVD player, as well as both elevator and staircase access.

Parking at this property is $35/day with full in/out privileges.
Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.
The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.
Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.
A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.
Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.
Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.
Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.

Summary: Great location and the condo was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. There were a lot of families visiting as Wyndham sells time shares to this property so it was quite crowded. Only negative is there is no on site dining.

Summary: We loved our place! Super clean and comfortable- the bed was heaven. Location can not be beat! We walked to everything. The roof deck and pool offered gorgeous sunset views. We highly recommend this apartment!

Summary: We very much enjoyed this location. The owners were very responsive, the place was clean, super comfortable beds- close to everything. Will definitely come to Austin again and would re-book without hesitation.

Summary: very clean, good neighborhood, reasonable cost, comfortable beds - both the regular and the pull out. We specifically searched and rented a place with a pool and were only able to use it one day. The ad did not indicate that they had scheduled maintenance and all of a sudden the pool was drained and a notice up. A couple of staff members told us that this was known and scheduled. We would not have rented it if we knew this. Still do not see a notice on VRBO that the pool is not available. Finally, we went to the timeshare meeting that was supposed to be 1.5 hours and took 4 hours. Either do not do it or do not ask any questions so they know you are not interested.

Summary: Did not get what we paid for. We looked back at the floor plan and photos on the VRBO website and they don’t match at all. The room was much smaller, with a view I’d the parking lot and no balcony as listed. There was an alarm clock going off in the next room our whole stay and a squealing at night. I have not ever been one to leave a bad review but I feel like it’s not an accurate listing and we would not have stayed here if we had known we would not get the room described.
