Summary: Everything was what we expected. Going through a bedroom to share one bathroom for 9 people was a little bit of an inconvenience. The walk to the beach in hot weather for an older couple was more difficult than expected. The beach wasn't very big and there were closures, maybe from a hurricane.

Summary: This is a sweet little Gulfport cottage with lots of personal touches and all the comforts of home. The fenced yard is perfect for the dog, and it's just a couple of blocks to the marina and Clam Bayou. It's a duplex, but very quiet. There were people staying in the other half of the house, but they didn't bother me. Restaurants and shops are just a short distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and the beds are soft and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more!

Summary: This is an attached house or a house that has been split up. The other side of the wall has a small dog that unfortunately barks when it hears anything at all. Also as we were gone most of the day, by the time we got home the a/c had gone to 80-82 degrees. It was awful after a hot day of work.

Summary: Good centralized location to downtown Gulfport and St. Pete Beach. Easy taxi ride to the beaches, tons of great dining options in downtown Gulfport. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Communication was great with our host. Unfortunately the guests before us broke a light in one of the bedrooms and you could not turn it off the entire stay so that limited the use of sleeping in that room. The inside of the property was clean and enjoyable, the outside needed some work. Tables were very soiled and it would've been nice to have that area cleaned before our arrival. I wouldn't consider this a walkable destination to "downtown" gulfport. It took us approx 30 mins to walk there. There was no detergent to do laundry. Other than that it was a cute and clean property. Enjoyed it

Summary: This was a nice location, about 25 minute walk to the main area in Gulfport. Overall, the place was small, especially for 4 people staying there, but there were enough beds. Place seemed pretty clean but could use a deeper clean and a little more attention here and there. Host let us in an hour before our check-in time which we appreciated!
