A tree and Audubon bird sanctuary and lovely oasis adjacent to and built by Busch Gardens, this is the largest and newest one bedroom condo model in gated Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort but The Spa is available with your stay!)
Quick walk to private beach to watch Busch Gardens' summer fireworks! Facing the park and backing to the wooded lake, this top floor condo is very tranquil and secluded, surrounded by nature and birds, it feels like living in a treehouse. The condo has a balcony with table and chairs backing to the wooded lake with no one above you, behind you, in front of you, nor on the side, and is a short walk to the spa for pampering, beaches, dock, and The Mill Cafe. It has a large family room with two sliding glass doors opening to the secluded balcony backing to the wooded lake with beautiful sunrises and views of the water in three seasons. With basketball, tennis, pickable, soccer fields, playgrounds, tot lots, beautiful estates to admire, treasured historic ruins and miles of trails, there are so many things to do. Golf at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, take the ferry to historic Surry and dine on the water at The Surry Seafood Company, follow the Williamsburg Tasting Trail and dine at the award-winning Williamsburg Winery, or order delicious food at Eagles Express, barbecue and picnic, or dine on the beautiful outdoor dining terrace behind The Mill Cafe overlooking the green belts...or try excellent food at Maurizio's or the Whaling Company.... There are also a dog park and private beaches with large unbroken shells a short walk away, restroom and shower by the marina beach. Summary: We deided to take a vacation to Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens. We found this fabulous condo at the Kingsmill resort that allowed pets. When we arrived we were surprised at the size and location of the condo. The resort is a beautiful wooded location with a police security service and a 24 hour guard post manned by police. The area is like a mini town with a country club (not part of the rental) and a lake and a small beach. We found the condo to be quite comfortable with a very homey feeling. A small balcony to sit out on cool nights and just listen to the crickets or if you listen hard enough you could hear the roller coasters with the riders screams and the train whistle when the park is open. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and our dogs felt at home as compared to the hotels that we normally book. Gayle, the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. She makes sure everything is just right for a pleasant stay. If you get a chance, give this listing a shot. You will not be disappointed in your stay

Summary: We had a restful and enjoyable weekend staying at this condo in Kingsmill. Check-in was very smooth, the condo was immaculate, and we appreciated the extras-coffee and tea selections. The owner was very responsive and personable. We would definitely return.

Summary: We loved everything about Gayle’s home! The layout was perfect and spacious. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO rental, it was immaculate! The pullout sofa was perfect for our grandson when we had him for a sleepover one night, great quality bed! The location was excellent, we will definitely be back!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful but we did face one issue. The sinks in the bathroom sink and tub was very slow in draining and needs some attention. Otherwise the place was very nice and we definitely would stay again.

Summary: Loved the condo ! Great location . Pretty view ! Felt comfortable and spacious . Host provided many essentials and was very informative . I really like that pets were allowed and there were places to walk dogs . Did not bring mine on this trip but may do so in future. I definitely want to stay here again !

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property and just as before, we were incredibly pleased. The property is spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished/lit, and in a very safe and scenic area. It is also located a convenient distance away from downtown williamsburg, the College of William and Mary, Busch Gardens, York River State park, and many other points of interest. We hope to return again next Fall!
