High Tide Beach Cottage, offered by High Tide R and R, is the perfect beach house for small families & couples! Just a short, 0.2 miles walk, to public beach access #12 and walking distance to Buster's, just a block away! BYOB - Bring Your Own Boat {or motorcycle trailers} as this home is equipped with a driveway plenty long to accommodate! One small dog per reservation is permitted, pending weight/breed approval from host, for insurance purposes.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic dinner after the kids go to bed, out in the gorgeous gazebo in the private, fenced in backyard.
Bay boat access is just 2 blocks away. You can literally launch your boat, drop your trailer back at the house and walk back to your boat.
Located in a family friendly, quiet east end neighborhood, just a short {5 minutes or less} walk to dedicated beach access #12, this cottage is nestled smack in the heart of every attraction a visitor seeks when visiting PCB, like the Sea Screamer, Lagoon Pontoons, California Cycles and St. Andrew's State Park. You can't go wrong choosing this cottage as your vacation destination! This home is close to the nearest golf cart rental for easy back and forth to the beach if that's your thing.
Enjoy local favorite eateries like Panama Pizzeria, Dat Cajun Place, Schooners, Shore Dogs, Longboards, Brick's and Barley, Fatty Patty's and many more restaurants nearby!
Since High Tide Cottage is on the east end of the town, you are just a hop, skip and a jump over to Historic St. Andrews and Downtown Panama City.
*Note: High Tide Beach Cottage sleeps 4. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for.
A beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are available upon request after a signed liability waiver and agreement to replace if broken, damaged or lost, is signed.
Baby gear, such as Pack N Play, highchair and other various equipment is also available upon request with signed waiver.
Photography packages, as well as additional equipment rental is available for an additional fee {see photos}. Please do not bring beach wagons in the house. You may store them under the covered area in the front or in the backyard.
Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

Summary: This home was very clean, well lit, and matched the description given. Location is great! We really liked the safety and comfort of the fenced in gazebo area. The banana tree was loaded with beautiful bananas! The beach umbrella, cart, toys, and chairs were a nice touch. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Summary: First off, the host Liv is amazing! Very responsive and helpful! The house is beautiful. It made us feel right at home. It was very clean and the gazebo area out back was a hot spot for us! So relaxing. We were just 5 minutes from the beach, dollar general for those last minute runs, the bay, several restaurants, it was so convenient. Very quiet area, too! We hope to be back next year!

Summary: We stayed at this lovely beach community property in August. The space was clean and as advertised, the rooms were cute. While we were staying, we had a weather related incident (totally outside the control of the owners), and they were super responsive and eager to fix the issue -which I especially appreciated with small children in the house. We had a lovely stay and would love to visit again!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here and Liv was fantastic with communication! We took advantage of the beach setup service that is offered and it did not disappoint! Also the wagon and beach toys were perfect as well. 🙂 This rental is just two short blocks to the beach access and it was a nice and easy stroll there and back, even for me being 8 months pregnant! We can’t wait to come back and stay as a family of four!
