Summary: Excellent VRBO. We've stayed multiple places in Louisville and really enjoyed this one. Utica is a very good part of town and was quiet during our stay over New Years. The property was just as advertised. Zero complaints and I would stay again.

Summary: For the positives… we loved the table and chairs because we play lots of cards ,the place was clean, and the area was very peaceful, we loved sitting on the back porch! Beds were comfortable. Negatives…the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We had to go out and buy a coffee pot. Need to update your advertising…could use more comfortable outdoor furniture. We bought extra supplies also, where most places provide that! Why do you advertise a 2 car garage when it is filled with stuff?

Summary: Overall this is a really nice home for the price. Recently remodeled, so very new feel to the home. The location leaves a little to be desired, but you are a quick drive into Louisville Springhurst area with great shops and restaurants. The owner could do a few minor things like replacing the old couches in the living room and it would make the home even better. But overall, my family had a great time staying here and we would come back for sure.
