Summary: We encountered heating problems and placed 3 calls to Vacasa. Each time we were informed that a local manager would contact. We received no communication from the local Vacasa property manager. They did arrange for a technician to investigate the issue, but that was 8 hours after our first call. We called subsequent to our stay to speak with a local property manager, and still have no response. Bottom line is don't rent if Vacasa is property manager-if you have a problem, you won't get good customer service.

Summary: Perfect location, close to the shopping outlets. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for the five of us. Bathrooms could use an update. Nice, fully stocked kitchen.

Summary: We loved the house. Were there for a week. Quite area, but also central. Good for a walk. The fireplace was warm and cosy after a cold day.

Summary: The place was clean, well lit, easy to entertain in and a local to downtown. It was also the weekend my girlfriend and I got engaged and we stayed there. Overall, it was a memorable weekend and a great place to stay.

Summary: Beautiful home, the large living room and kitchen was wonderful for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. We also enjoyed the beautiful deck off the living room. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it’s amazing.

Summary: Loved this place. Location is so easy to town, you can walk in to shop, get ice cream, or have dinner. It's really close to bike trails, local hiking spots and the presidential range. If you like to cook, kitchen appliances were new and good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This house is perfectly located to get to the heart of North Conway and other close attractions, but sits in a quiet neighborhood without any traffic. We were all comfortable as the home is spacious and there is plenty of room to gather as a group and also to have your own quiet space when needed. We all loved it.
