Summary: Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped?

Summary: The local property managers were great. The location is close to everything we were doing. The neighborhood was a bit run down but the neighbors are very nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We would stay again, it’s ridiculously close to the Palace. A bit of a walk to MVP but easy- restaurants, stores and bars easy to walk to.
