Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.

Summary: This property was well located in the middle of this quaint town. Because of that you can easily walk to any destination. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows and blankets. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The shared courtyard was nice.

Summary: The cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls. The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room. It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit. Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit. We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.
