Summary: Very easy to find with pretty much anything you could need for vacation within a handful of blocks. Facilities were very clean, recreational extras were a huge bonus and written communications for house rules and necessities all easily found and clear. Owner/operator has put a lot of details into making this a wonderful location for some quiet downtime. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Small things that could enhance future visits that we would appreciate: small broom and dust pan for simple clean up; laminated reminder near steering wheel of golf cart (if available) to plug in at end of day with a power cord location. Summary: Joseph’s property truly couldn’t have been better! It exceeded our expectations and we happily utilized so much he had available. We BBQed one night, kayaked twice, I took morning walks with my coffee to King’s Bay Park, and we loved using the bikes as a family to get around. Kids and I took the golf cart for shopping one afternoon, and a dinner date for my husband and I. Beds/linens were top notch comfy, and we hung out in the evenings in the yard playing the games and enjoying drinks. We have been to CR a few times before, but now insist we have to stay here again when we return! Huge thank you to Joseph!
