Summary: We loved the location and the house is beautiful. But they communication with evolve the managment company was not acceptable. We tried twice to get ahold of someone with minor issues and was told to.contact the owner but with no.contact info.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean home. There was plenty of parking, which was great for our group. The only thing we wished for was Wi-Fi, as some of our group were foreign travelers and needed it for communication. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Summary: We were very unhappy that the supply of hot water for showers was super limited, throughout our stay we managed to have three hot showers among the three adult quest. We felt this inconvenience was unacceptable on relationship to the fees we paid. We could not in good conscience ever recommend this place to family or friends in Sebring.

Summary: Nice neighborhood. The house was clean but it needs new carpet and updated linen. It looks like they put random pieces of furniture to furnish the place. Master shower is nice. Not a bad place to stay. I would just reccomend doing a little updating

Summary: We came down for a 'celebration of life' for our uncle and wanted to stay somewhere comfortable and roomy that would be reasonably priced. This home met all of our requirements and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet so we could rest. Thank you!

Summary: We were surprised (almost alarmed, lol) at how quiet the neighborhood was. The house is clean and well maintained, the pool table was a nice touch, although we never had time to use it. The only 2 things that we found to be negative were that the living room furniture could’ve been more comfortable and the guest rooms could use a television. Otherwise, everything was great! Our group had no complaints about the beds or bathrooms. Would definitely book again the next time we’re in Sebring!
