The beautiful fully fenced in yard includes comfortable outdoor furniture, umbrella for shade, fire pit, grill, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy morning coffee outside while feeling the ocean breeze, and end the day relaxing by the fire pit.
It's an easy 5 minute walk to a quiet beach access (beach wagon provided in garage) or 2 minute drive to multiple beachside parks. Close to Publix, restaurants/coffee shops, and fun local businesses. World-class fishing nearby. 10 miles to Daytona Beach.

Summary: We are so grateful for these hosts and their property, we enjoyed an amazing four nights a short walk away from the most gorgeous, breathtaking nearly private beach. The pictures of the property also don’t do them justice. Every detail was perfect and we’d come again and again. Thank you so much for everything!

Summary: Just a short stroll from the soft sandy beaches of Ormand sits a little cottage perfect for a family getaway! This stay was 5-star all around. We so enjoyed our stay with this amazing host and will return due to the following reasons: *Sparkly clean interior! *Fully equipped kitchen and beach gear - This host thinks of everything you might need for the perfect stay! *Small, quiet neighborhood *Nice mid-location between exploring the areas of St. Augustine, New Smyrna and Port Orange *5-minute walk to beach and 10-minute walk to Publix *Fit our family of four and a new baby perfectly *Excellent eats, shopping, ice cream, and coffee shops ALL nearby Quick and friendly conversation/recommendations for anything and everything! Summary: I feel like I’m leaving home. We have thoroughly enjoyed being here. I thank you for all the thought and expense you put into this rental to make it high-quality yet homey and so comfortable. All of the appliances worked well and everything was clean and well maintained. Right down to the linens, measuring spoons and the knives; all high end. Oh, and those 4 - yes, 4 - big flatscreens! Now, it’s home to face the music - we have an appointment with the kidney/cancer specialist next week. Say a little prayer for Jerry, Rebekah. Again, thank you for your attentiveness and for providing a lovely vacation home. 😊

Summary: This was a welcoming stay, super clean, comfortable in every room, very spacious and nicely decorated. Our visit was with a family of 6 members and the host was very accommodating and respectful. The host leaves you alone, you have 100% absolute freedom, peace, and the comforts of home. This was a very easy and effortless experience. Rebekah will respond as soon as possible and willing to work with you to meet a need. This is not a profit making business the family host takes in consideration your circumstances and makes your stay away a memorable one. The kitchen, bathroom, and closets are fully stocked, the Publix is right next door a few minute drive or walk. The beach access is across the street and to the right. The neighborhood is peaceful and private. You will not regret staying here as it is a “one stop shop” and will meet your needs while on vacation. The backyard is a bonus as it’s big, fully fenced, and very comfortable with beach chairs, and bbq grill, the drive way and garage have beach accessories and a ping pong table. If your looking for quiet, peace of mind and a home away from home-this is it for all friends, family members, and pets! Thank you kindly again for everything.

Summary: Beautiful place in neighborhood of late1950 homes. 5 minute walk to an amazing beach. Host provides a wagon, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs & umbrella. Renovated home super clean and a great place to gather around a big kitchen table to eat and play games. Two bedrooms very comfortable. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to share, Our 13 year old grandson and his friend had their special area with trundle bed and smart TV to play video games and stay up later than everyone else. We all had fun playing ping pong in an air conditioned garage. We brought our 10 year old Maltese who enjoyed it as much as us. Would highly recommend! Able to communicate easily with host. Ormond has many shops and restaurants but we only went out once to eat delicious Mexican food at Pepper’s Mexican Grill. Highly recommend this bungalow and Ormond beach!
