Summary: We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space. Lots of special touches throughout the house. Easy to use QR codes to explain things in the house. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. We staggered showers and never had an issue with hot water running low. We did have an issue with the main upstairs bathroom water pressure but a plumber came out the next day and it was an easy fix. Very quick responses to any questions or problems. No issues with parking (the driveway and carport can be a little tight) and we were able to actually get 4 cars a couple times without impeding the neighbors space or ability to back out, but I would recommend only having 2 cars max. The 4 cars was only a short time on game day. House is located hillside so be prepared for nature, which is delightful. Saw deer every day. We had some crazy temperature ranges so the heat and the portable AC units worked well but the house really retained a comfortable temperature only needing a little help for a short time in the mornings or evenings. I would recommend this house for anyone needing extra space.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Eugene! The location was so convenient- walking distance to the stadium. The house had all the cooking/dishes we needed for a large group of us. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Came for a BMX event held next to the Oregon Ducks stadium, close and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. House has cute decor and cozy, it was clean for the most part and provided all our kitchen and toiletry needs 4 adults, 4 kids and two fur babies. Host is nice and responds quickly and thoughtful to welcome kids with snacks and dogs. It was appreciated as well as having coffee options. One negative is we found several cobb webs inside and outside and spiders in the house wondering if recently been treated for spiders and bugs. It gets hot at night on the warmer days. There were no fans or AC in the rooms to cool down and the door in master didn’t have a screen on the door so afraid more bugs or spiders entering while sleeping but that’s just me. I would just bring small fans for the bedrooms next time. Overall it was a nice stay.

Summary: Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this wonderful home up the hill near the U of O campus. 2 of my boys actually walked to campus in the typical March weather. The house location is fabulous and the pre-check in instructions were hugely helpful, especially the link to the YouTube video on how to find the driveway. The owner was very receptive to a couple of small needs and questions we had. The house has 2 different spacious living areas indoors. Wish the weather was a bit nicer for us to enjoy the outdoor decks, but we knew what we were getting into in March.

Summary: Our group of 5 came down from Seattle for a conference at the University of Oregon Law School. This house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the house is nicely laid out for relaxing in the evening.
