Summary: This condo was immaculate - so clean and organized with all the amenities needed, including for our two younger kiddos. Beautifully designed, too. The location was perfect, situated next to restaurants with a coffee shop and park within walking distance. Gorgeous views from the large balcony/deck. Definitely staying here again next time I come to visit friends!

Summary: We rented this unit for the Mountain RATS festival, and were pleasantly surprised that it was even better in person. The location is walking distance to phenomenal restaurants and the condo was super comfortable for the three of us. We appreciated coffee and cocktails on the deck, and the decor was so well done. Everything we needed was available and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Summary: We loved the condo and would definitely stay here again. The place is clean, bright, spacious and well-appointed. Beds comfy and linens top end. The management was disappointing. We were sent an email with with a keycode to access the for the unit however there was no code for accessing the building (locked gate). unable to reach a "live: person to assist and waited on hold for 45 minutes for someone to give us the building lockbox code. We ultimately had to wave at a neighbor on their deck to let us in the building. Wi-fi was sporadic and no assistance for two days from management. When they did send someone, it was at 8am on morning we were departing and no prior notice they were coming. There does not seem to be a local service provider that guests can contact. Vacasa answering service simply takes the information from the guest and submits "a ticket" for a maintenance person or housekeeper. We found it frustrating to not have a local person to contact when issues arise. Other than the issues with the management, the condo is lovely - would stay here again. Great location, views, spacious and convenient to everything in Eagle Ranch. - July 4th stay

Summary: The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Perfect to entertain in the open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook a nice dinner. TV in both bedrooms is a plus. Huge balcony with grill and fire pit. Walkable distance to restaurants and movie theater. Very easy to check in and out. We will definitely be back!
