Summary: This clean, well equipped apartment is a super convenient location for us as our daughter lives in East Passyunk. The bathroom is small but makes good use of the space. The bedroom has a queen bed and, if I could change anything, I’d make that a king. There is a twin pullout in the living room that may or may not be comfortable, depending on your sleeping preferences. The managing contact has always been extremely helpful and prompt in responding to any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: This apartment is in the perfect spot if you want to experience the best that Philly has to offer. You are a couple blocks away from Pat’s and Genos, the rail lines are a couple blocks in the other direction, and there are so many great places to eat within easy walking distance. (shout out to Comfort & Floyd on the corner of the block) We were able to walk to Philadelphia Magic Gardens in casual 15 minutes, and we went to the Linc to catch a game which you can take the subway right to. What makes this even better is the care the owners put into making this a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The locks are all coded so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. They have taken care to provide the highest quality items to make the stay enjoyable, comfortable couches and beds, even the trashcan has a no touch lid. They also had simple checkout instructions. Everything they have done in the space was clearly with a guest in mind. I can’t wait to come back to Philly and stay here again!

Summary: Home was spotless,! Enjoyed the neighborhood .perfect place to enjoy all South Philly has to offer . bus stop right outside. A few short stops to center city. Loved it!

Summary: My 8-year-old son and I have been to Philadelphia several times, and I wanted to experience a place outside our usual spots. This location gave us a chance to be in a neighborhood where people live, not just commute to work or a tourist haunt. We found a playground, restaurants, and some coffee shops near the apartment. The Magic Gardens is a great nearby artsy spot to explore. There’s also ease of access to Center City and the historic areas thanks to the Broad Street subway line about seven minutes away. The property itself is airy and light, with plenty of comfortable sleeping space.

Summary: The apartment was clean, well-appointed and the owner’s book was very helpful with things to do, TV instructions, etc. The bedding was downright luxurious. There was everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook, but really there are so many nearby dining options you’ll want to go out instead. We went to many nice affordable restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to Little Saigon and a bunch of bars and restaurants on Passyunk Ave. We recommend Tiffin Indian Cuisine, a cute little BYOB that’s a half block away. We also loved the pub Devil’s Den a bit further away for friendly service and good bar food. And you owe it to yourself to walk two blocks to Little Saigon and visit Nam Phuong, a Vietnamese food institution. Our favorite Banh Mi shop that was close by was unfortunately closed down, but a few more blocks away were many other fine places for that. Also close by are the original cheesesteak joints, Pat’s and Geno’s if you want to do the comparison. It was our first time and meh, we’ve had better. Haha If you want to hike further you can make it to South Street, but it’s far enough that a Lyft is better. It was sad to see so many places closed down after Covid but you can still get awesome Greek food at South Street Souvlaki and a really great cheesesteak at Jim’s. The line can be long outside on a weekend night, but it’s worth the wait. Also very close to the apartment is an ACME grocery store and a state liquor store. The owners were very helpful with other information such as parking options and they were always available by text. Definitely would stay there again!

Summary: This rental was truly perfect! The home provided everything I needed for working remote for a week and exploring the city. The bed was extra comfy and nice! I really enjoyed this location, it was very walkable to the cute area of Passyunk, Italian Market, etc and safe! The booking was easily done through Evolve. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
