Positive: Not applicable. A selection of tea would have been good as well as the coffee pods.
Negative: The deep crusted snow on walkways to front and back steps should have been cleared for my arrival. As a senior, I did not expect to be expected to do that. Also a handrail is needed at back door. They did respond to my concerns three days in after 2 phone calls. Too little too late and they only chipped ice off steps and did not clear walkways down to cement walks. I wonder if clients are required to mow lawns in summer, as I was told by property manager that I was responsible for snow clearance. The home is not handicap accessible in either bathroom , nor is there a bedroom on main floor. All three bedrooms are up a steep flight of 14 stairs. That information should be clear on the website, so that clients can make informed decisions. One bed has a slat missing under mattress and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. All three mattresses need protective covers under bottom sheet as stains are occurring. The housekeeping staff need to check that all dishes and cookware are clean. I needed to run a dishwasher of bakeware that was greasy and covered in sauce underneath as well as a salad bowl and dirty fork. One ceramic roasting pan was cracked and leaked grease in oven. No dishcloth or cleaning scrub was available to clean it up. The pan needs to be discarded and replaced.
Summary: I would stay again, but hope my concerns are addressed before then as location suited me perfectly.

Positive: The location was perfect for us , close to family that live in Saint Boniface. The beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. Lots of room, and closet space with hangers!
Negative: Not enough forks for all of us. No coffee pods for the Nespresso , not sure why it was there.

Negative: Regular coffee pot and PLEASE remove the tacky house numbers sprayed on the back of the house ( 203 and 205)! Such a sloppy job done on such a classy interior. Also, with 3 couples using one bathroom upstairs, a small mirror in each bedroom would be great. Thank you for a nice stay.

Positive: the location was good, very clean, quiet, nice grass for kids to play, beds comfortable, netflix kids had lots of shows to watch
Negative: there was only a small couch for only TV, fortunately the kids used that and adults did other things, only 3 forks and a few knives and spoons, was okay for us we did not cook any meals. a few more towels would have been nice, we took kids swimming a lot of times.

Positive: This three bedroom half-duplex was easy to access, in the lovely St. Boniface neighbourhood. It had a good layout and was comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen had a good array of dishes.
Negative: The ad said this location had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is why we selected it. This is NOT accurate - it is a 1.5 bathroom (it had one shower and two toilets). I deducted a point for this error in the advertising. In addition, while there were several large towels, there was a shortage of hand towels and face cloths.
Summary: Comfortable stay - but note 1.5 bathrooms NOT 2 bathrooms
