The Wallace Ranch was established in 1996 with the same spirit and hard work that made western ranches of years past such a success. Myself and my beautiful wife Jessica have enjoyed the ranch for many years but now would like to extend an invitation to all who want to experience West Texas living at its finest! The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Large open kitchen and living area, office with wireless internet, basement and wraparound porch with front patio. New Vita 6 person in-ground hot tub w/ wifi. Horses are always welcome and with our four pipe corrals, arena, tack room and hundreds of acres to roam we are confident the horses will have just as much fun as the guests.

Summary: Pre-arrival communication was clear and complete. The house was roomy, well-stocked, and immaculate. An inspiring getaway for the week. While I was at work during the day, my wife and aunt and the dogs explored. At night, the endless sky - timed well with a meteor shower - was spectacular. We really couldn't have asked for more. The Wallace's obvious consideration for the local wildlife, the house and ranch, and general attention to detail really made this a tremendous trip!

Summary: This property is very nice with cow skin rugs, some quirky furniture, games, lots of room, nice kitchen, and large bedrooms. There are a little bit of repairs to do. The beds are very high up! It's quiet, out in the country with pretty views.

Summary: First off…Brian is very communicative & helpful. The ranch property met or exceeded our needs and we will return. It’s not often you find a place offering wholesome entertainment & this this ranch home offers you a pool table, foosball, piano & hot tub if desired. There are plenty of areas to just walk, stroll, sit in solitude or on safe burn days there is an outdoor bbq or fire pit where you might be able to roast marshmallows (?) The kitchen is fully functional, well equipped, there is plenty of Dinning seating, three sofas, 3 comfortable bedrooms, with 1 bathroom near the bedrooms, 1 Master-bedroom w/restroom and shower, there are plenty of linens throughout the home. And, there is a complete basement room, which has a hide-a-bed sofa, a toddler bed, a queen bed & children’s toys. If you had need of a place for horses, the property is quarters for them too. The view is beautiful & so quiet. We especially enjoyed the simple gentle sound of birds each morning, to enjoy coffee with. If you have a dozen folks &/or need some space to gather with family and like a peaceful &/or fun place this is for you! Thank you Brian for offering this property to folks!

Summary: We loved our stay at the ranch house! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 adult children. We visited Palo Dura both days of our stay and found a great coffee shop and ice cream spot in Canyon which wasn't far away. We loved being out in the country at the ranch house, but not that far from town! Definitely would recommend this place for a great visit!

Summary: Originally expected the full group but because of unforeseen circumstances only a few showed up. This is a great location for a group, pool table/foosball/play area, open floor plan, lots of sitting areas.
