Positive: This property served as an excellent home over Christmas for hosting our family of two adults and four adult kids, travelling from different locations. It was clean, neat and tidy, super quiet, cool via split system air cooling in the main bedroom and all living areas (ceiling fans or pedestal fans in bedrooms were fine once the house was already cool throughout). During the day we hosted local family visitors for catch ups in either the dining / living areas / lounge, or the excellent space on the back deck (where we enjoyed the use of the BBQ on 4-5 nights during our stay). The kitchen included several items and a fantastic number of containers, salad bowls, plates, knives, cooking utensils, microwave etc for use. The oven was good enough for my daughter to make an awesome pavlova. We all made great use of the lake during the day, as well as took in local sporting facilities, beaches and restaurants! The host's support was faultless.
Negative: No complaints about this home.

Positive: Amazing views, great location not too far away from Tiona where we got married and in town to foster. The house was so homely great vibes comfy.
Negative: There are a few stairs at the property and out side when raining and be very very slippery so just have to be careful with kids and older people

Fantastic choice for those who love water activities like fishing or kayaking (and yes, there are kayaks available there). Views are somewhat tranquil: you can see black swans swimming on the lake right from the living room or verandah. Very well equipped house with all the necessary appliances, and lastly, it is exceptionally clean.
