Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations. I booked this property by mistake, as the description gives the impression of a 5-star hotel, but in reality the quality of service and overall condition are far below that standard. The prices are at the level of a proper 5-star hotel, yet the quality leaves much to be desired. It is clear that the hotel is older, but age itself is not an issue if the property is well maintained, clean, and managed with proper service standards. Please provide guests with more honest and accurate information so people are not misled.
Negative: The shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and instead of carpet there was laminate flooring.
Summary: I do not recommend this room. My stay was in room 1010.

Positive: Location was good, hotel was comfortable and clean.
Negative: Swimming pool Staff wouldn't allow you to swim unless you had a specific type of swimming wear and although I'm bald was requested to wear a swimming cap. None of this was mentioned on the booking.com website and would have required buying them although having complained we were allowed into the pool eventually but only went the once as it wasn't worth the effort.
Summary: Would I stay again.. maybe!
