Positive: The location and facility are both great

Negative: - I booked through corporate account. The corporate Visa card that works everywhere else didn't work at this hotel. - The front desk staff didn't know how to sent receipt to US telephone number. Perhaps it is not supported at all. - The front desk staff refused to print a hard copy of receipt. He claimed that everything now is electrified as if I shouldn't have requested a hard copy. - The front desk staff refuse to send receipt as an email attachment. My understanding is that the hotel team doesn't know how to deal with international guests. They make a lot of assumptions such that everyone uses domestically popular payment methods e.g., wechat or alipay.

Summary: Good facility but bad experience.
