Positive: Excellent hotel. My room was spacious, nicely decorated and has a balcony that offers gorgeous views. The bathroom was wonderful and surprisingly, also has nice views. Staff were super kind, accommodating and friendly. I also met the owner who was nice and friendly as well. Dinner was good, they also invited me to watch how they make their traditional dish, Ema Datchi. I would highly recommend.

Positive: Amazing view and very clean. Comfortable linen with a huge bed. Staff is the best ever, warm and hardworking. They even gave us a ride to a nearby town for lunch. The bathroom is great with hot water. We strongly recommend staying here.
Negative: 1. Food prep and variety needs improvement. They tried hard but more variety and trained cooking would be appreciated. 2. Chairs in the balcony were broken and the sunbed didn't have a mattress so couldn't use that either.

Positive: This was by far our favourite hotel of our entire Bhutanese trip. Really perfect place, amazing food, stunning views, cool rooms and bathrooms. Very, very magical. Great position overlooking the monastery. Highly highly recommend!

Positive: Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting.

Positive: Enjoyed the hospitality, the view from the rooms and the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom. Pictures don't do justice to the size of the place.
Negative: The drive to Wangdue Ecolodge is still muddy and felt a bit dangerous. However, the owner did mention that there was an approval for the tarring of the road.
