The open concept main floor living, dining and kitchen area are sunny and bright and opens up to covered deck with outdoor dining and living area. Gas bbq is located on back patio. Lower level bonus room is perfect for the kids with flat screen TV, foosball and easy access to private hot tub. Ping Pong, 2nd full sized refrigerator, 6 beach chairs, beach wagon, rolling cooler, 2 stand up paddle boards, 12 beach towels, 8 pickle ball sets, 2 bikes, corn hole and other misc beach toys all in garage for guest's use which is a rare perk!
