Beautiful and spacious with amazing views of Silver Mountain Ski Resort. Secluded and private, but still close to town!

We have a property manager within 15 minutes of the house if you need anything at all.
4 Queen Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Living Room with vaulted ceiling and huge windows over looking the mountains. Queen Futon in the living room pulls down for even more sleeping room. Cable TV Internet Access with a few apps and youre welcome to log into any of your own of course.
Sits at the top of Wardner Canyon with Great Views. 1.5 Miles to the Gondola Base, less than two miles to Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes paved bike trail.
Main floor has master bedroom with soaking tub plus shower. Half bath also located on main floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bath. Double car heated garage and your own private entrance through the garage as well.

Summary: Where do I start, we walked in and there was water leaking and soaked under the kitchen sink. Tried to find a rag to wipe things up and there were no kitchen towels except one hand towel. Kitchen needs to have a lot more towels and rags available. There was food on the floor and didn’t look like it was cleaned before we got there. There were No extra garbage bags. One of the sinks in the bathroom had NO hot water and the other one wouldn’t drain. There was shampoo on the shower walls as if it never got cleaned. Super dirty around washer and dryer (tons of dryer lint in floor) which tells me whoever cleans this place doesn’t actually care about that stuff. I personally think it shows lack of care. It also said it had 2 bedrooms but it only had one and a loft. So babies couldn’t sleep peacefully. We ended up having to go across the street to get an extra place to stay. I believe it has potential if owner cleans things up a bit. Definitely only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. On the positive, Location is great! Kitchen is nice and big. Bathroom is nice and big. Just needs to be clean and stocked and working!

Summary: Very clean and great place to stay. The smoke detector was beeping when I arrived but the PM was super responsive and had a new battery installed in a couple hours. Would definetly recommend!

Summary: The property was actually better than what I expected! It is located in a lovely area that is quiet and has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner provided easy to follow specific directions to locate the home which was really helpful since the map apps aren’t always right. I would just remind you to bring soap and shower products and maybe a couple extra garbage bags. We will remember this one and will stay again!
