Summary: Lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to downtown Kokomo and all their fun activities. The house had everything needed for a birthday weekend with my adult children and their spouses. Clean and comfortable, nice backyard and fire pit. Beni was quick to respond to emails and texts to answer questions. The neighbors were fun to meet and I'll be booking this again next year for our family getaway weekend.

Summary: Few things the owners can address, but overall a very nice place to stay! Check in was not so good- owner had phone off and forgot to send entry code. Lawn was overgrown but owner sent them the next day. All was resolved and we had a nice stay.

Summary: I was in town for my grandsons tournament! I choose this property because it allowed for pets and I was able to bring my dog! The backyard was fenced in which was a plus!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. Convenient to everything around town. The response from the owner was swift. Usually within a minute or so. We will definitely check availability next time we come to town. For the same price of most hotel rooms you get to come back to a house. We made breakfast half the time we were there. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Summary: Had to ask the owner for the check in code when we arrived. House was clean. However it had several cosmetic issues. Access to washer and dryer is difficult. It appears there might be a mold issue that was covered up by paint and sheetrock in bathroom. Came back after work to no electricity. Turns out bill hadn’t been paid. Was able to get a hold of owner who paid and service was quickly restored. However the following week came home to no water. The next day the water was still not restored so we checked out of the property. Owner refunded the remainder of stay but kept all previous payment with no offer to make it right. In my opinion the house is overpriced for what it is.

Summary: We were in Kokomo to visit family. The location was easy and convenient. Since some of our family members are elderly, the single level floor plan was great! We were able to have a family member with a leg amputation come to visit since the family room is walk in and there’s a half bathroom on that level. Not sure the washer and dryer are listed as an amenity but they would not be easy to use. We also did not like the camera doorbell since we were unsure who has access to view (just safety issues knowing if someone is there alone). The beds were comfortable and we found the bedroom and bathroom linens to be good quality. The backyard is nice and there’s a fire pit. Neighborhood is older but nice. We would stay again!

Summary: Overall it's a nice house. Nice backyard. Note that dogs, young children can get out of it, but it's a nice size. It's not too far from restaurants. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. Highland Park is right down the road. Kroger is close. The owner responds quickly.
