Beautiful 3 bedroom family home located in Stoke, Nelson.
A great spot to holiday in Nelson in a quiet neighbourhood. A fully fenced section and also a trampoline for the kids.
The home is a short drive from Nelson city, Stoke village, Saxton Field Sports grounds, and Richmond. It is a 5-minute drive from Tahunanui Beach and the Car Museum.
We supply linen and towels with this house.
Special conditions:
No parties, no venue use, no outside guests. Smoking allowed outside only. No pets allowed. Garage not available for guest use, but off-street parking is provided.

Summary: This house was lovely - spacious, clean and modern. We had a fantastic time here. The neighbourhood is very suburban - nice, but you really need to drive to get to beaches, restaurants, shops etc. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would recommend this property.

Summary: We were here for my Uncle's 80th birthday party which was held over in Motueka. We found the house really lovely and suited our needs. We were in a great location and handy to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Fab location close to the sports ground and close to local shops and supermarkets. Enjoyed being close to main roads to make navigation easier as Nelson can be challenging for out of towners ! Everyone had their own space which was nice. Cass is a great communicator and we had everything we needed for our stay, very accommodating to help set the house up how we needed it and to have an extra guest for a couple of nights. Very modern home and top quality.

Summary: Our stay was fantastic, the area is so close to everything and is a lovely quiet neighborhood. The house was excellent - clean, warm, spacious, new carpets, huge kitchen with everything needed and more, we loved it and will be back!

Summary: This was a base for a family weekend for my 80th birthday, and it worked very well. Being located near our planned activity venues meant no long drives through traffic, a plus for a country boy. Cass was very helpful too, checking up mid-break that all was well.
