Positive: the location. That is about it.

Negative: The food was average at best. The bar had a poor selection. The temperature controls in the room were imprecise. The room was freezing and I was uncomfortable the entire time. The furnishings were worn and the rooms were dated and damaged in places. There were not enough plugs. The construction in the back made for a really ugly view.

Negative: TV was not good. I think it’s on its last legs. Makeup mirror light not working. Very small waste baskets.

Positive: Close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants.

Negative: The HVAC had a problem with the motor banging every 35 minutes once it kicked on. Switched rooms the following day and problem solved. The bathroom needs some updating for a 4 star hotel they are outdated. Also, give bigger pillows, the pillows were small and square (not rectangular and need to be bigger).
