Summary: Check in took about 30 minutes due to staff unable to find my reservation. The stay description included gym access. However the gym area was completely closed and not accessible. I requested towels to be sent to the room they arrived 25 minutes later, therefore, the service was wasn’t that great.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Warwick, it's centrally located, so close to downtown, Corniche, Zaytouna Bay, and a short walk away from Hamra. The staff are super friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the pool is really nice and the gym is OK. It also has a breath taking view from the roof and restaurant, and the food was very tasty. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that it gets really noisy at night due to proximity to a club across the street, it gets really loud and on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed, we weren't able to sleep till 3 am when the music stopped. I would encourage the hotel administration to improve window sound proofing - that would have made the experience perfect.

Summary: The level of service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone made an effort to assure comfort and to provide assistance. The room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet provided so many local and traditional options, one could have a novel breakfast every day for at least a week. And the view from the breakfast table and pool! Spectacular! Right on the water, the Mediterranean greets you every day, and most everywhere is in walking distance.
