Summary: Very well appointed. Great location. Property manager was very responsive to an issue that ended up not being an issue. If you are looking for a nice home in Wash Park area then this is the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place to stay!

Summary: We stayed in Denver for a wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood! We were close to many venues and restaurants. The property manger was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay.

Summary: This was a great rental for our family of 6. The 1920’s house still has some original character with updated kitchen and baths. It’s in a great neighborhood. We took a walk at night and it was quiet and felt safe.

Summary: My daughter was in a film festival in Denver. Rather than renting a hotel room with two double beds, for almost the same cost ,we found this gem in a laid back Denver neighborhood in the Washington Park neighborhood . This location was close to everything we needed. It comfortably accommodated the five of us. Our flight arrived early, and the host accommodated an early check-in. It was clean, cleaned, and very warm. We had a great time. Thank you.
