Negative: A small suggestion Iโ€™d like to offer is regarding the swimming pool hours. It would be wonderful if the pool could remain open later into the evening. After a day of exploring or enjoying the beach, a late swim would be a perfect way to unwind under the stars.

Positive: Great location, quiet beach, very green and lots of shaded hang out spots on the property.
Negative: We had issues with the wifi which specifically affected my friend from Spain who had no data roaming on her phone. Apart from that, other small issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Summary: Lovely spot in watamu. Great for families with kids.

Positive: Great location right beside the beach and our cottage was very close to the pool and viewing areas. Warm, hospitable, helpful staff Lots of good activities and restaurants nearby..
Negative: Strict enforcement of noise later in the evening. We got a couple warnings when listening to tv music at normal volumes. Though we realize there are no windows and noise travels at night.

Positive: Only ate breakfast there and it was excellent. Electricity supply was constant as was availability of hot water.
Negative: Would be good to have somewhere to lock up valuables, passports and the like. Parking can be a little problematic with your own transport.

Positive: Amazing location just a stones throw from the beach. Great place to base yourself for a stay in Watamu. Staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are super clean and comfortable with everything one needs.
Negative: Would be nice if they provided some basic toiletries, such as soaps and shampoos.
