Located on the main floor includes a Master Bedroom with full bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, half bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen with all the accommodations of home, and an open porch with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing.
Upstairs you will find another Master Bedroom/full bath, with a covered balcony to enjoy the beautiful water view. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bath and Keurig coffee bar.
Floor Level is where you can enjoy the pool/jacuzzi/outside shower, fish cutting table located off of the 30 ft. dock with direct deep water access (3 minute no wake zone). Here you will find the BBQ grill, 300 lb ice machine (located in garage) and additional seating to either lounge at the pool or relax by the water. Large driveway with additional gravel parking outside gated home.
Home boasts beautiful views with the ability to snorkel and swim right off your back dock.
Boat ramps/gas stations/restaurants/and grocery store near by. Check out Looe Key Marine Sanctuary (Floridas best dive and snorkel spot) either by your own boat (15 min ride) or with one of the locally run snorkel and dive centers.
