Summary: Stayed with 11 friends for the weekend to celebrate our friend getting married at Bonney Island Estates. Short drive to venue. House was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. We stayed in the off season, so I would recommend scheduling Ubers ahead of time if you need to take one.

Summary: Our stay was amazing! The owners were very prompt with their communication. The house location is perfect with beautiful views. Given how many people the house sleeps our only complaint was wishing there was more seating in the living room but other than that it was a great stay!

Summary: Upon arrival we we taken aback by the beautiful bay view. Even if some people chose to stay behind at the house, it wasn’t like they did nothing , because they had the wonderful bay view right from the living room sofa or from either the main floor or upper floor circular decks. Location was quiet and convenient. House was clean and lovely

Summary: Booked this house for our family vacation. The views from this house are to die for! My kids had a blast watching the boats and feeding the ducks. We even went crabbing! Very very close to bay view park with a playground and bay beach. Walking distance! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching sunsets. About 4 blocks to the beach and we had to cross over LbI boulevard but was a quick walk. The only thing I’d say as needs improvement was that the couch was old and should be replaced. It was uncomfortable and cold, seemed to be falling apart. We spent most of our time outside and really enjoyed ourselves!

Summary: Rented this house for the second year. Love the location (bayside), the layout of the house, and proximity to the beach. House needs some upgrades-plumbing, deck table, and outdoor shower all need attention

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have four children between the ages of 2-7, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The bay-side beach was a short walk away with all the kids, perfect for their age. The hosts were great, communicative, available. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

Summary: Great house for family fun, great location, & great communication with owners! We , unfortunately, went off-season , so many of the places were still not open yet , but we recommended this house to many others . Hopefully, we will return again to enjoy all of the summer amenities! Thanks for a wonderful birthday celebration that I will treasure always! 🌊🌅
